Refund policy

  • Cancellation Policy

  • Shopify Transaction Fee: A 3% non-refundable transaction fee is charged by Shopify on all orders.

    • If you cancel your order within 24 hours, this fee is waived.

    • If you cancel after 24 hours, the 3% fee will be deducted from your refund — as long as the order has not shipped.

  • Cancellations Are Only Accepted Before Shipment:
    Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet shipped. Once your order is in transit, it can no longer be canceled.

  • Processing Time:
    Cancellation requests are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation by email.

  • Stock Notice:
    After cancellation, inventory will not be held for you. If the item goes out of stock, we cannot guarantee availability if you attempt to repurchase.

  • Shipping Exceptions:
    If your order cannot be delivered due to external events (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions), we will notify you via email and assist as needed.

  • Refund Timeline

  • Shop Pay: 10 business days

  • Credit/Debit Card: 3–7 business days

  • PayPal/Other Methods: Varies by provider
    Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Return Policy

  • Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Return Conditions:

    • Product must be in original, unused condition

    • No signs of wear, scratches, or damage

    • All original packaging and accessories must be included

    • Product must function as originally intended

  • Restocking Fee:
    A 25% restocking fee will be applied to returns if the item is not in new condition or packaging.

  • Return Shipping:

    • If returning for personal reasons, you are responsible for return shipping

    • If returning due to seller error, Flash Fitness will cover the return shipping cost

  • Non-Refundable:

    • Assembly and delivery fees

    • Items damaged by misuse

    • Products not sold by Flash Fitness

  • No Exchanges:
    We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

  • Return Process

  • Email us at support@flashfitnesstx.com to request a return.
    🚫 Returns made without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

  • If approved:

    • Customer-responsible returns: Ship the item and provide tracking.

  • Once your return is received and inspected (within 3 business days), we will issue a refund and notify you via email.
