Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds Policy
Once an order has left our warehouse, the order can no longer be canceled and will instead fall under this Return & Refund Policy.
If you are looking to return your ordered product, we are here to help.
Return Period
1.1. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product (“Return Period”). Please include your proof of purchase, order number, purchase date, delivery date, and reason for the return.
1.2. Refund requests submitted after the Return Period has expired will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
2.1. Products must be returned in substantially original condition, including all original packaging, parts, hardware, accessories, and included materials.
2.2. When returning a product, please use your Order Number as the RMA and reference number.

2.4. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. All return shipments must be prepaid and insured.
2.5. Refunds do not include shipping, handling, or installation charges. If shipping was listed as “Free Shipping” on the invoice, the actual outbound shipping cost charged to Flash Fitness by the freight carrier will be deducted from the refund amount.
2.6. Flash Fitness is not responsible for loss or damage occurring during return shipment. We are not responsible for delays, theft, loss, damage, or delivery failures caused by the shipping carrier. Refunds will not be issued for products that are not received or are returned in materially different condition than originally shipped.
2.7. All returned products will be inspected upon arrival before a refund is approved.
2.8. Freight delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Flash Fitness is not responsible for carrier delays, rescheduled deliveries, missed delivery windows, terminal holds, or communication errors caused by the freight carrier.
2.9. Freight deliveries are curbside only. Customers are not required or expected to assist with unloading and should not participate in unloading activities due to safety concerns.
2.10. Once a shipment has been tendered to the freight carrier, all freight charges are incurred regardless of delivery outcome. Cancellations, refused shipments, or failed deliveries due to customer unavailability, scheduling conflicts, or carrier-related delays will be treated as returns and will be subject to outbound and return shipping charges, restocking fees, and this Return & Refund Policy.
Restocking Fees
3.1. A restocking fee of 25% of the product price will apply to all approved returns.
3.2. The applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount issued to the original payment method.
Conditions for Return Eligibility
4.1. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
4.1.1. The product must be returned in substantially original condition with all original packaging, parts, hardware, accessories, and included materials.
4.1.2. Product packaging, labels, and serial number stickers must not be removed, altered, or damaged.
4.2. Refunds will not be issued for products that were:
4.2.1. Purchased from a source other than Flash Fitness directly.
4.2.2. Damaged due to abuse, negligence, improper storage, chemical exposure, excessive heat, sharp objects, or other external causes.
4.2.3. Damaged due to misuse or use outside the intended purpose of the product.
Refund Processing
5.1. Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
5.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
5.3. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take an additional 7–10 business days to appear on your account statement after processing. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods.

Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Eligibility
1.1. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
1.2. Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, a cancellation/restocking fee of up to 15% of the total order value may apply.
1.3. This fee covers costs associated with payment processing, order processing, inventory allocation, quality control, packaging, freight preparation, and administrative handling.
1.4. The applicable cancellation/restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount issued to the original payment method.
1.5. Once an order has left our warehouse, the order can no longer be canceled and will instead fall under this Return & Refund Policy.
Refused Shipments
2.1. If an order is refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for all outbound and return shipping charges, handling fees, and any applicable restocking fees.
2.2. Delivery delays, missed estimated delivery dates, carrier scheduling issues, or terminal holds do not constitute valid grounds for cancellation once an order has shipped.
