Flash Fitness Cancellation & Return Policy 

Order Cancellation Policy

Shopify Transaction Fee:
A 3% non-refundable transaction fee is applied to all orders by Shopify.

  • Canceled Within 24 Hours: This fee is waived.

  • Canceled After 24 Hours (Before Shipment): The 3% fee will be deducted from your refund.

Important:
Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once your order is in transit, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Processing Time:
Cancellation requests are processed within 1–2 business days, and a confirmation email will be sent.

Inventory Notice:
After cancellation, inventory is not reserved. If the item sells out in the meantime, we cannot guarantee future availability.

Shipping Exceptions:
If your order cannot be delivered due to uncontrollable events (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions), we will notify you and assist as needed.

Refund Timelines:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Shop Pay: Up to 10 business days

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3–7 business days

  • PayPal / Other Methods: Varies by provider

Return Policy

Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions:
Returned items must meet the following criteria:

  • In original, unused condition

  • No visible wear, scratches, or damage

  • Includes all original packaging and accessories

  • Fully functional as originally intended

Restocking Fee:
A 25% restocking fee will apply if the returned item is not in new condition or original packaging.

Return Shipping Responsibility:

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • Flash Fitness Error: We will cover return shipping for issues caused by our mistake

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Delivery and assembly fees

  • Items damaged through misuse

  • Products not purchased directly from Flash Fitness

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Return Process

  1. Request Approval:
    Email us at support@flashfitnesstx.com before returning your item.
    🚫 Returns made without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

  2. Ship the Item:
    Once approved, you’ll receive instructions. If you're responsible for return shipping, please provide the tracking number.

  3. Inspection & Refund:
    Returns are inspected within 3 business days of receipt. Once approved, your refund will be processed and confirmed via email.
