Frequently Asked Questions
The F20 trains every major muscle group chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs, and core using both free-weight and cable exercises, all in the comfort of your own home.
The machine itself takes up less, but we recommend about 9 ft × 9 ft of space as the ideal setup. That way you’ll have enough clearance for all features, plate changes, and full movement.
