Your order ships in a secure wooden crate by freight truck. You will receive tracking once it leaves our Houston, Texas warehouse.
Delivery is curbside. The driver lowers the crate to the ground with a liftgate and pallet jack, but cannot move equipment into your home or garage.
Assembly
Assembly is not included by default. We have partnered with a nationwide installation service that specializes in gym equipment, and you can book directly with them once your order arrives. Assembly is billed separately.
